To install the software in Windows XP 

1. Unzip the file "EIS_RMA_setup.zip"
2. Click on the file "setup.exe"
3. Normally it will complete the installation. If your computer doesn't have .NET2.0 or better, you will have to download it (for free) from microsoft. Most computers will have .NET 3.0 and so this step will not be needed.

I haven't tested it in Vista, but don't see any reason why it wont' work.
