Procedure for Submitting Infrastructure Requests to EU

1. Please use the following Google form to submit requests to EU:

2. Please ensure that the source of funding is mentioned

3. Most infrastructure work requires HoD approval.
    First seek an approval from the PI (or ask the PI to write to HoD directly)
    Please get this letter signed from HoD or get an approval via email.
